  • When can I wear my poncho? What's it used for?
    Our ponchos can be worn riding, cycling, walking, camping, running, hiking dancing, you name it. They're useful for any outdoor activity.
    What size do I need?
    We only have one size of poncho because we have done prototype after prototype and spoken with many a person big and small and decided on a one size fits all model for convenience purposes.

    We have customers who are 6’3 and also 5’2. On everyone the poncho’s length goes to their knees or below. This means whoever you are the rain keeps your legs dry.

    Is it breathable?
    Yes, it needs to be, often we’re outside being active and the rain can make things a little more muggy. Our poncho’s have a 3 layer membrane, which makes it breathable in hot and cold climates. (see homepage illustration).
    Tell me more about this waterproof material?
    We spent several months developing a fully waterproof, breathable lightweight waterproof material that should keep you dry many for many hours in the rain. The technical term for the material is TPU but we can’t see much more!!
    Can I wash my poncho?
    No we advise wiping it down instead with warm lightly soaped water.
    Can I wear it over my backback - (cycling or hiking) and will it go over a helmet?
    Yes its roomy enough to go over belongings if you need. It accommodates up to 50L backpack and the largest of helmets!
    How do I wear my poncho? What are the features for?
    Your poncho can be used for most if not all outdoor activity.
    There is high-vis piping all around the poncho and hood, as well as a high-vis peak to ensure visibility at night.

    There’s a drawstring hood for fitted comfort
    Three poppers at each side to make sleeves- enabling a more tapered fit. Useful when walking but not necessarily on the bike
    Handle straps
    These are to be used whilst cycling, over the handlebars, so your poncho goes over you and your bike like a little house.

  • What are the shipping options?


    U.K. -  £3.40 Royal Mail 1st Class

    We send all UK parcels with Royal Mail on a 1st Class signed for service. Royal Mail aims to deliver your parcel the next working day, with the added benefit of proof of delivery.

    Please note;

    • Signed for service is not a tracked service, but you can obtain proof of delivery once the parcel has been delivered using the track and trace service to see an electronic copy of the signature.
    • We aim to dispatch all orders made before 1pm on the same day, orders after that will usually be dispatched the next working day.
    • During busy periods, orders may take a little longer to dispatch.
    • Bank holidays and public holidays are not classed as delivery days.

    Europe - Royal Mail Tracked & Signed - £9 (2-5 working days)

    International - Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed - £11 (5-7 working days)

    Rest of World (AUS/NZ/Japan) - Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed - £12.50 (5-7 working days)

    Our European and international orders are sent using the Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed for service, which typically takes 5-14 working days depending on your location.

    Please note;

    • Orders will not be dispatched on UK bank holidays and weekends.
    • We aim to dispatch all orders made before 1pm on the same day, orders after that will usually be dispatched the next working day.
    • During busy periods, orders may take a little longer to dispatch.
    • The customer is responsible for any custom & import fees, please check if you will be eligible before ordering.
    • Once the poncho has left the Royal Mail authorities (i.e. in the hands of the postal service in your country) the delivery is no longer our responsibility. This means that in the unlikely event of a poncho NOT arriving to you - we will send a FREE replacement poncho but you will be asked to pay the shipping fee for the replacement.
    Where's my order? Can I track the shipping
    When you received a confirmation of your order you should also have been given a tracking number which you can use to track your poncho delivery. All order are processed and delivered via
    Can I make a return if it's not right?
    We’ll be sorry to hear it's not right but you can of course return your poncho to us and providing it's in good condition and hasn't been worn we’ll give you a full refund for the amount paid. Or if it's a different colour you'd like, we’d be happy to send one to you.
    What is the returns process?
    1) request your return via email, the team will review and authorise your request

    2) we’ll email you a personalised address label and return instructions

    3) return your items to the address on the label

    4) we’ll refund your original order payment or process your exchange request when…

    i) you reply to our email with your return tracking details or

    ii) we receive your items at our uk warehouse
    What are the returns conditions?
    You will need to return items within 14 days of receipt of your order. In order for us to accept your return, ensure your poncho is unworn and unwashed. Please ensure it’s packed properly and you need to include the despatch note (order paperwork) in your return so we know it's your return. Any items received in an unsuitable condition may be refused. You are responsible for the cost of return postage. Any items returned are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse in the uk so we suggest you use a tracked delivery method and keep proof of postage.

    Refunds should take no-longer than 7-10 days following receipt. Refunds are made to the original payment method only. If you return your whole order, we will refund the cost of the items and the cost of standard delivery; express or other non-standard shipping costs will not be refunded. If you return part of your order, the cost of the returned items will be refunded; shipping costs will not be refunded. If you reject your delivery and it is returned to us, the cost of the returned items will be refunded; shipping costs will not be refunded. We cannot refund the price of any gift wrapping or gift box added to your order.

    Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
    I want to but a poncho as a present do you do gift vouchers?
    We do indeed have gift vouchers, although wanting to save paper we’ll give you a unique code that can be personalised instead.
