Returns

ONLINE RETURNS POLICY 

At the people's poncho, we ensure you are happy with your purchase, however we understand that occasionally you may wish to return an item and we will endeavour to make this process as swift as possible. There are a number of things to consider before you attempt to return your item(s) and they are as follows. 

1. the people's people will refund or exchange any item(s) provided that they are in perfect condition and with all labels still attached. This means the item cannot have been worn, washed or altered in any way.  

2. We would request that your item(s) be returned within 14 days of your original order, and sale items within 7 days.

3. All items must be returned with your proof of purchase: attach Order number.

The above will not affect your statutory rights, should an item be deemed unfit for purpose or faulty.

ONLINE RETURNS PROCESS

In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your order we will be happy to offer you a full refund. In order to do this the item(s) must be in a new and unworn condition with all packaging and garment tags still attached. We cannot accept any used items and any such items will be returned to the purchaser. Please follow the steps below to arrange a return: 

  1. Email skye@thepeoplesponcho.co.uk with reasons of return.
  2. If return granted the people’s poncho will give customer return’s address.
  3. Package the item with your order number and return it via your local Post Office. 

(Please note that it is the responsibility of the customer to arrange and pay for returns and so when choosing a delivery service to return the item(s) we recommend that you obtain proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for items that do not reach us)

 4. Once the item(s) have been received in good condition back here at the people's poncho, we will send you a confirmation email to let you know and will then follow up with confirmation that the refund/exchange process has been initiated.

 Faulty items

the steps of return are as above however the people’s poncho will cover shipping costs upon receiving the faulty item from the customer.
